I am an alumni of West Georgia College (University of West Georgia), Carrollton, Georgia. I received a Bachelor of Fine Art (BFA) with a concentration in Graphic Design.

2005 - Present, I have taught Exploratory Art for Sumter County Elementary School.

I am Alethea Tommie Mitchell. I am a 1983 graduate of Sumter County Comprehensive High School. I am married to Myron Mitchell, Sr. We have four children, Myron,Jr., Jessica, Larissa, and Myleah. I am delighted to be an Art Teacher at Sumter County Elementary School.
